Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for Concrete/Sidewalks.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

Non-mandatory walk-throughs can happen between April 27th and May 1, 2026.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, on May 6, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. We will not accept or consider any late bids. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked: Concrete/Sidewalks. The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement and Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. Proposers must provide a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract. The successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
