Dear CAPS Families,
We want to take a moment to express our appreciation for the emergency responders, power restoration crews, road commission, and all frontline workers who are working tirelessly to keep our community safe during this challenging time.
We know this has been difficult for many of our families and the larger Cadillac community. In an effort to provide support, Cadillac Area Public Schools will open the High School tomorrow from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM. Please enter at the 500 Chestnut St. entrance facing Lake Cadillac.
The community is welcome to stop in for a warm meal, to charge devices, relax, fill water jugs, play a board game, or pick up a book.
A hot meal service will be available at Cadillac High School from 11-2 PM. Student meals are free, and adult meals are $5.50.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges as a community.
