The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
Bidding Documents may be examined on Triangle Associates Website.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 24, 2025, at 1:30 pm, via Zoom. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 1:30 pm, on December 3, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. We will not accept or consider any late bids. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked: Bid Package #01 - Healthy Schools Grant. The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement. Proposers must provide a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract. The successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
