High School Roof Replacement

Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for High School Roof Replacement located at 500 Chestnut Street, Cadillac MI  49601.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project.  Bidding Documents may be examined online at www.skillmanplanroom.com

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, on February 29, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  We will not accept or consider any late bids.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked:  CHS Roof Replacement.  The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement.  Proposers must provide a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract.  The successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
