CAPS Families, Schools will be closed February 16–20, 2026 for Presidents' Day Week. Students in grades K–8 are invited to participate in fun, creative, and educational enrichment programs held February 17–20, 2026.

Forest View Elementary Counselor, Ms. Horton is going to spend some time in the Giant Salvation Army Kettle on Monday, December 8th. Again this year there will be free lunch provided to children under 18. Pick up is provided at the Cadillac High School Athletic entrance at 400 Linden St. from 11-1 today and on each snow day. (Students do not need to be with you in the car to pick up their meal. Please enter at Linden St. and Exit on Haynes St.)

1. Popcorn Friday is tomorrow - popcorn is .25 cents
2. Pam's Pantry orders and money for the PTO fundraiser are due tomorrow
3. Please send your students with a coat for outside. When the weather is less than 50 degrees we require a coat on to go outside.

Message from Forest View Office: We are sending a flyer home with all boys about The Viking Basketball Club. This is a wonderful opportunity so please check it out! Good things are happening here.
Mark your calendar for the next Grab n Go clothing drive. Drop off for clothing will be on Friday, November 14th from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm, and the "Grab & Go"/clothing drive will be Saturday, November 15th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. This is open to anyone interested in participating! A great way to clear a closet or find some treasures.
