Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for a food service truck and/or food service trailer.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
The food truck and/or trailer shall be in full accordance with the Bidding documents which are on file with the Owner and may be examined by prospective bidders by going towww.cadillacschools.org. Proposals must include the total cost.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, on July 13, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked: 2022 Food Truck and/or Food Trailer. We request three (3) original, signed proposals. We will not accept or consider any late bids. The proposal must include the bid form with a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
