CAPS Families with students in K-5th Grades:
The United States Department of Agriculture recently approved a new waiver extending free breakfast and lunch to ALL students within CAPS school district regardless of free, reduced or paid lunch status effective from the first day of school through the end of December 2020.

The food service department credited all charges from the first week of school back to student accounts on September 8, 2020. If you haven't already done so, please remember to fill out the student household survey. We must still continue to collect these surveys to ensure school funding and to ensure sure your child receives free/reduced priced meals beginning in January 2021.

If you have any questions about student meal charges or refunds of lunch account deposits, please reach out to the food service department at 231-876-5715.
